Payment:

It is necessary that the remaining amount (70%) be settled in one of the aforementioned ways 45 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:If a reservation is cancelled:

31 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
30 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the total prepaid amount is not refunded.
In case of no show, the total amount is charged to the visitor – client.
